Enya Roseli was born in Jalisco, Mexico. She is a Natural Resources Engineer (2016) from the University of Guadalajara (CUCSUR-Mexico) and her master's degree in integral management of hydrographic basins (2018) at the tropical agronomic center for research and teaching CATIE in Costa Rica.
She is currently initiating her doctoral process in the hydroinformatics department, her promoters Dr. Dimitri Solomatine, Dr. Michael McClain and co-promoter Dr. Gerald Corzo. The doctoral process is funded by CONACYT, Mexico. The focus of her research project is on topics about the analysis of the ecological status of tropical rivers health and the river data collection using citizen science and remote sensing tools.
