Let’s Talk About Water (LTAW) is a unique programme combining the power of film and the science of water to inform and engage students, faculty and the general public in active discussion about water issues and solutions. On 21 -22 February a Let's Talk About Water event will take place in Delft, with Vice-Rector Stefan Uhlenbrook as one of the speakers.

Friday Student Seminar 

12:30-13:45 at TU Delft Faculty Civil Engineering and Geosciences
 

Short films and discussion with specialists in the field of Academia to Business. Open for students of TU Delft, Unesco-IHE and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Friday Evening Event

19:30 - 21:30 at Filmhuis Lumen

Silent film concert "Coeur fidele" (1923) with live music by Alexandre Wimmer. A heartbreaking love story set in the port city of Marseille. Open for students, academics, policy people and the general public. Entrance fee:  €17,50 (Students: €10,-)

Saturday Lunch Event

11:00 - 14:30 at Flimhuis Lumen
 
Documentary "Chasing Ice" (2012) by Jeff Orlowski. National Geographic photographer James Balog is obsessed with capturing time-lapse images of melting glaciers to have visual proof of climate change. Open for students, academics, policy people and the general public.
