eMWRE Webinar Series: Free and Open-Source Software for Water Resources Engineering

Are you interested to learn more about software that can help you understand and solve complex problems in the water sector? Join us for a new webinar series introducing 4 free and open-source software programs and their applications in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

IHE Delft and partners in Palestine, Jordan, and Europe are working together to create a new and innovative eMaster in Water Resources Engineering (eMWRE). This blended learning MSc program will provide students with the latest technological tools, interdisciplinary skills, and applied experience needed to tackle critical water resources issues in the MENA region. One focus of the program will be using free and open-source software, which can be utilized to analyse complex problems and generate creative solutions. To showcase these software programs, the eMWRE team is putting on a free webinar series that will introduce students, practitioners, and the general public to four different programs and will provide applied case studies on how they are currently being used in the region.
