Page updated on 18 August 2020: Unfortunately it is NOT possible to apply for an OKP scholarship until further notice. Please note that for those eliglible for MSP it is still possible to apply for an MSP Scholarship.
We recently informed you that from 3 September it will be possible to apply for an OKP scholarship. Unfortunately we received today, 18 August, an email from NUFFIC, which administers all scholarships and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the partner and funder of NUFFIC, stating that the application process will not go ahead for the moment.
OKP application process has been put on hold: OKP scholarship applications through DELTA which opens for applicants on 3 September, is closed for the moment.
All preparatory actions are put on hold, which means that it is NOT possible to apply for an OKP scholarship until further notice. Please note that for those eliglible for MSP it is still possible to apply for an MSP Scholarship.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has indicated that it is making some programme adjustments to create more focus and impact for the remaining period of the programme, which runs until 2022. NUFFIC is in frequent and close contact with the Ministry on the proposed adjustments and the implications they might have on the Orange Knowledge Programme.
The outcome of this process will influence the upcoming calls, meaning that calls may or may not take place, or in an adapted way. As soon as NUFFIC, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has more information available, they will inform us by email. We expect to receive more information at the beginning of October 2020 and we will publish this on our website.
We are sorry to have to communicate this news, having encouraged you to apply, but unfortunately, these changes are beyond our control.
We hope that the application process will indeed go ahead later in the year. Meanwhile, to stay up-to-date, please check our short course scholarships page regularly.
