The outcome of the project is an effectively operating WaterNet Secretariat that is capable to deliver high quality services to, and foster and facilitate the educational and research programmes of their nearly 80 member organizations in the southern and eastern African region. The next users of this project are thus the WaterNet members, which are mainly of university departments, research and training institutes specialising in water and water related issues.
