Short Course Fellowships

IHE Delft does not grant any partial or full fellowships, but there are a number of fellowships for two and three week courses which are offered by partner organizations. The one week courses are not eligible for fellowships listed on this page.

You will need to have academic admission at IHE Delft before you can apply for a fellowship. Click here for a list of all short courses. 

Fellowship programmes for short courses are:

OKP - Orange Knowledge Programme (formerly known as NFP)

The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) entered a new phase as a new programme under the name Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP).

For OKP, eligible countries are: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Macedonia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Surinam, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

The deadline has passed to apply for an OKP scholarship for short courses which are held between 15 January and 01 March 2019.

Upcoming OKP deadlines for short courses held in 2019:

  • short courses which are held between 04 March and 20 July 2019 , OKP application period is between 06 September and 11 October 2018 (23.59 CET)

MENA scholarship programme

The Middle East and Nort Africa (MENA) Scholarship Programme (also called MSP) offers fellowships for short course professionals from 9 countries. The programme is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For MSP, eligible countries are: Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria*, and Tunisia. *MSP is not currently open to applicants applying from Syria. Applicants with the Syrian nationality may apply if they are residing and working in one of the other MSP countries on the list. 

The deadline has passed to apply for an MSP scholarship for all courses that will be held until 22 February 2019.
